The music that I write on my own impulse generally has to do with nature and its Creator, because I think that it is not easy to understand that so much beauty has appeared by chance or that it can be explained simply with the word "evolution".

I like to write music for the human voice, the first musical instrument and the only one that is shared by every culture since the earliest times. But it is also the most marvelous and complex of all; I hope to have here the license of the organists . . . of whom I am also one.
